250.350 Fleet Broadcast Channel - Sending Carrier Only

This is the U.S. channel from UFO 5 or 6 (not sure which), but although my antenna is pointed the wrong way for the Flt 8 channel 250.550 it appears to be the same. Rather unusual to see just a carrier isn't it?

Hi blh and everyone else I do have a very strong signal on 250.350 when pointed at around 100w carrier is comming in loud and clear.
