254.725 MHz

Seeing a strong noise floor on 254.725 MHz using an SDR-14. I don't have this listed. Does anyone else pick this up? Is this already listed?

Skynet 5C effects....
Due this new Skynet 5C frequency they submitted a frequency change for "Belga Radar" (MATCC in Belgium):
M2436/08 - FREQ 254.725 MHZ ALLOCATED TO THE ATCC 'BELGA RADAR' WILL BE REPLACED BY FREQ 240.850 MHZ.AMEND MIL AIP ENR PAGE 2.1-2 3.2. 03 JUL 00:01 2008 UNTIL PERM. CREATED: 27 JUN 08:46 2008

The 254 MHz channel is actually centered on 254.730. These are from the new Skynet 5C
also 245.900, 249.500,
also 245.900, 249.500, 261.100 - sending strong carrier at times. Others I am checking on but sure at the moment.-blh
