Yep that sounds like the 10°W SDS Signal on 2242,488 Mhz.
Where are you roughtly located ?
I just wondered that you are pointing North East, so I guess you are South of the Equator ?

I am novice S-band monitor, i am search confirming receiving SDS3-F3 "GEO" (no LEO)..
SDS3-F3 spectrum and sound : ???
receive qrg : 2242.4950 carrier - SDS3-F3 (sub carrier 1.024 MHz, 1.700 MHz) source : uhf-satcom.
Antenna oriented 70-75° N-E !
