WGS-2 Launch scrubbed

According to http://spaceflightnow.com/atlas/av016/status.html the launch attempt of WGS-2 was scrubbed due to a liquid oxygen leak. WGS-2 is slated to be positioned at 60 degrees East, and will offer S-Band, X-Band and Ka band downlinks.

WGS on station

A recent email received at the pjm satellite station detailed WGS-2's in-orbit location as being at 60 degrees east, alongside DSCS 3-13. No X-Band downlinks have yet been detected from this satellite, but it could still be in a commissioning phase. More to come.
